摘要
针对移动式皮带机回程面落料堆积快、人工清理强度大、积料清理不及时会加剧输送带的磨损问题,合理利用行走机构电机动力,设计了一种回程随动清料装置。实际使用效果表明,该装置安全可靠、工作效率高、可有效减少积料对输送带的磨损。
Mobile belt conveyor return surface falling material accumulation fast,manual cleaning intensity,accumulation of material cleaning untimely will aggravate the wear of the conveyor belt.Aiming at this problem,a return trip material cleaning device is designed by reasonably utilizing the power of the walking mechanism motor.The actual use effect shows that the device is safe and reliable,with high work efficiency.The wear of the conveyor belt caused by accumulated material can be effectively reduced.
