摘要
以某煤矿107工作面巷道为研究对象,在分析其地质、水文以及煤层条件的基础上,确定以锚杆锚索联合支护的支护方案,并完成了锚杆、锚索、金属网以及锚梁等参数设计,对基于锚杆锚索支护下的围岩控制效果进行数值模拟分析。经数值模拟分析可知:107工作面巷道采用锚杆锚索联合支护后,工作面顶板的下沉量得到有效控制,对应支护设计中锚杆和锚索的最大拉力均小于其破断力,满足实际生产的需求。
Taking the roadway of 107 working face of a coal mine as the research object,on the basis of analyzing its geology,hydrology and coal seam conditions,the supporting scheme of bolting and bolting combined support is determined,and the parameter design of,anchor cable,metal mesh and anchor beam is completed.The control effect of surrounding rock based on anchor cable support is numerically simulated and analyzed.Through numerical simulation and analysis,it can be seen that the subsidence of the roof of the working face is effectively controlled after the combined support of bolt and anchor cable is used in the roadway of 107 working face,and the maximum tensile force of bolt and anchor cable in the corresponding support design is less than its breaking force.Meet the actual production requirements.
