摘要
为了解山西主要栽培枣树品种(系)的相对亲缘关系,利用20对多态性高的SSR引物分析了37个山西主要栽培枣树品种(系)的遗传多样性。结果表明,共检测到375个等位基因变异,平均每个位点检测到的等位变异数为18.75个,变化范围为11~31个;位点多态性信息含量PIC变化范围为0.719~0.967,平均为0.913。聚类分析表明,37个山西栽培枣树品种(系)的遗传相似系数(GS)变幅为0.795~0.917,平均为0.852,在相似系数0.83处,可将供试品种(系)聚为2大类,第Ⅰ类在相似系数0.86处又可分为9个亚类。研究结果可为山西主要栽培枣树品种(系)鉴定和遗传改良提供理论参考。
To understand the relative relationship of the main cultivars(lines)of Shanxi jujube,the genetic relationship of 37 cultivars(lines)of Shanxi jujube was analyzed by using 20 pairs of SSR primers with high polymorphism.The results showed that 375 allele variations were detected,with an average of 18.75 alleles per locus,ranging from 11 to 31.The PIC of polymorphism information content ranged from 0.719 to 0.967,with an average of 0.913.Cluster analysis showed that the genetic similarity coefficient(GS)of 37 cultivars(lines)of Shanxi jujube ranged from 0.795 to 0.917,with an average of 0.852.At the similarity coefficient of 0.83,the tested cultivars(lines)could be grouped into two categories,and the first category could be further divided into nine subgroups at the similarity coefficient of 0.86.The study results will provide a theoretical reference for the identification and genetic improvement of main cultivated jujube varieties(lines)in Shanxi province.
