摘要
中药百部具有温润肺气、止咳和杀虫等功效,是中医治疗肺系疾病的常用药。现代研究表明,百部对多种呼吸系统疾病都有一定的治疗作用,包括止咳、抗结核,以及治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病、急性肺损伤、肺纤维化和支气管哮喘等。百部的主要活性成分是其所含生物碱,作用机制可能与抑制炎性反应、纠正Toll样受体-2的表达、抑制成纤维细胞向肌成纤维细胞转化、抑制交替激活巨噬细胞的极化等有关。本文概要介绍近年来百部治疗呼吸系统疾病的基础研究成果,挖掘其抗呼吸系统疾病的机制,使之能更好地服务于临床和药物研发。
Stemona as a traditional Chinese medicine is commonly used for the treatment of lung diseases with the effects of moistening lung Qi,relieving cough and killing insects.Modern research shows that stemona has certain therapeutic effects on various respiratory diseases,including cough,tuberculosis,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,acute lung injury,pulmonary fibrosis and bronchial asthma and so on.The main active ingredient of stemona is the alkaloids contained in it and its mechanism of action may be related to the inhibition of inflammatory response,fibroblast to myofibroblast transformation and polarization of alternatively activated macrophages,and the correction of Toll-like receptor 2 expression.This article briefly summarizes the basic research results of stemona for the treatment of respiratory diseases in recent years,and explores its mechanism of action so that it can better serve clinical and drug research and development.
