摘要
面对繁多的工艺流程和复杂的装卸工艺要求,码头控制系统的控制方式对码头节能降耗起到了至关重要的作用。面对这种情况,专门研究开发出了港口生产过程流程顺序启动、逆序启动方式,使流程能够充分满足货物运输需求,提高设备使用效率,从而提高生产效率,降低流程设备空转的能耗,增强码头整体节能效果。
In the face of numerous technological processes and complex loading and unloading process requirements,the control method of the terminal control system has played a vital role in energy saving and consumption reduction of the terminal.Faced with this situation,we have specially researched and developed the port production process sequence start and reverse start method,so that the process can fully meet the demand for cargo transportation,improve the efficiency of equipment use,thereby improve production efficiency,reduce the energy consumption of process equipment idling,and enhance The overall energy saving effect of the terminal.
