摘要 南钢原压缩空气系统由3个大型空压站和多个分厂内部自备空压站各自独立运行,设备老旧、跑冒滴漏、故障率高、设备空转、产气量不足等,严重影响一线生产。南钢制氧厂对原空压气系统进行全流程再造和工艺改造,打破原压缩空气供应孤岛运行状况,最终形成集中供气模式,既提升压缩空气保供能力又大幅度降低运行检修费用。 The original compressed air system of NISCO consisted of three large-scale air compression stations and several self-provided air compression stations in different plants which were operated independently.The old equipment faced with leakage,high failure rate,idle running,insufficient capacity and other problems which seriously affected the first-line production.The Oxygen Plant of NISCO launched the full-process reengineering and technological revamping on the original compressed air system.By breaking the isolated island operation mode,centralized compressed air supplying mode is formed,which not only improves the compressed air production capacity but also greatly reduces the operation and maintenance costs.
