工业低温余热回收用于多周期供冷的设计与优化 被引量:1

Design and optimization of industrial low-grade waste heat recovery for multi-period cooling

摘要 针对城市供冷问题,提出建立热回收环路的方法,用来回收被大量浪费的工业低温余热,驱动吸收式制冷机组的运行,实现能量的高效利用。考虑到用户冷量需求在不同季节内的不同,建立多周期余热回收的换热网络模型,以工厂年费用最小化为目标函数,运用数学规划法得到余热回收设计及各周期下的运行方式,通过经济性评估证明利用工业低温余热制冷可以为工厂带来可观的收入。结果表明,回收余热得到的热水的温度是重要的决策变量,而冷量需求的多周期变化会显著影响各个物流上的能量回收负荷,两者均直接影响各换热器的开停工方案及操作参数。 Aiming at the problem of urban cooling,a method of establishing heat recovery loop was proposed to recover the industrial low-grade waste heat to drive the absorption refrigeration machines,and to enhance energy utilization.Considering the difference of the cooling demand of users in different seasons,a multi-period heat exchanger network model for waste heat recovery was established.Taking the annual cost minimization of the plant as the objective function,waste heat recovery scheme and the operation mode in each period were obtained by using mathematical programming method,and the economic evaluation proved that refrigeration with industrial low-grade waste heat could bring considerable income to the plant.The results show that the temperature of the hot water obtained by recovering the waste heat is a critical decision variable,and the multi-periodic changes of cooling demand can significantly affect the heat recovery duty distribution of each hot stream,both of them directly affect the start-up and shutdown scheme and operating parameters of each heat exchanger.
