摘要
以霍尔方法论为架构,阐述了基于产品系列型谱的锻造自动化生产制造系统设计中的规划、组织与管理过程。从时间维的角度,按照时间节点总结了不同工作阶段应实施的具体内容;从逻辑维的角度,介绍了解决工程问题的逻辑思维流程与步骤;从知识维的角度,列举了设计实施中所需的专业知识。同时,在霍尔三维结构的基础上,分析筛选出系统设计实施过程中的6个重点:产品分析、工艺设计、设备选型、布置规划、控制系统设计和系统仿真,并结合某锻造自动化生产线说明了具体实施方法。最后,根据设计实施过程中的实际情况,提出了多产品共线生产的锻造自动化生产线中的关键问题,并提供了解决方案,介绍了方案的优势,对生产制造系统的规划设计具有一定的指导意义。
Based on the Hall methodology,the planning,organization and management process in the design of automated production and manufacturing system of forging based on product series spectrum were expounded,and the specific contents implemented in different working stages according to time nodes from the perspective of time dimension were summarized.Then,the logical thinking process and steps for solving engineering problems from the perspective of logic dimension were introduced,and from the perspective of knowledge dimension,the professional knowledge required in design and implementation was listed.At the same time,on the basis of the Hall 3 D structure,the six key points in the system design and implementation process were analyzed and selected as product analysis,process design,equipment selection,layout planning,control system design and system simulation respectively,and the specific implementation method was illustrated in combination with an automation production line of forging.Finally,according to the actual situation in the design and implementation process,the key problems in the automation production line of forging for multi-product collinear production were put forward,the solutions were provided,and the advantages of the solutions were introduced.The study has certain guiding significance for the planning and design of production and manufacturing system.
