摘要
针对剪板机在板材下料剪切过程中存在定位精度低、生产效率和合格率低的工艺加工问题,对原有工艺进行改进,并设计一种可调式快速定位装备,可大大提高剪切效率,避免人为标定的误差,剪切的精度高,并通过实例进行详细叙述,以提出不同情形下问题解决的应对措施,在操作得当的情况下,合格率和生产效率较原来均有很大的提升。该技术可以在技术人员理解并稍加改进的基础上,适用于设计不同问题的解决方案,且该技术结构简洁,易于复制和转化,可对同类型产品的加工工艺起到一定的借鉴和参考意义,推广应用前景十分广阔。
Aimed at the problems of low location accuracy of plate shears,low production efficiency and low qualification rate in the cutting process of sheet material,we improved the original technology,and designed a kind of adjustable fast positioning equipment,which greatly improved the efficiency of shears,avoided artificial calibration error and had high precision shearing.And through detailed examples,we put forward the problem-solving measures under different circumstances,in the case of operating properly,percent of pass and production efficiency compared with the original had got a lot of ascension.The technology was suitable for design solutions of different problem on the basis of the understanding of technical personnel and a little improvements,and the structure of technology was simple,and was easy to copy and transformation,the processing technology of the same kind of products had certain reference and the reference significance,and the foreground of the promotion application was very broad.
