摘要
餐厨渗滤液(污水)具有pH值低、悬浮物多、含油量高等特性,经过无害化处理后的渗滤液(污水),还具有高温的特性,其中部分悬浮物和油脂对后续的污水处理影响较大,高油脂进入污水系统可能引起生产瘫痪,为了充分回收利用这些物质,进行资源化处理,结合生产过程中遇到的问题,经过可行性分析,通过降温换热、设备利旧、油脂截留等方法,对原有工艺进行改造,解决了生产瓶颈,达到了节能降耗的目的。
The leachate(sewage)from kitchen has the properties of low pH value,high suspended solids and high oil content.Even if the leachate is harmlessly treated it is with high temperature,in which parts of suspended solids and oils will influenced the treatment of sewage greatly and the production system may be corrupted if high oil content enter the system.In order to recycle and utilize the useful materials in sewage,combined with the problems in production and from feasibility analysis,the original system was reformed through heat exchange to cool the fluids,utilization of old equipment and intercept of grease.In this way,the problems encountered in the production have been solved and the targets of energy saving and emission reduction been reached.
