摘要
目的:观察火针治疗脑卒中后肌张力增高的效果。方法:将89例脑卒中后肌张力增高的患者分为治疗组、对照组。对照组采用常规体针治疗,治疗组予火针治疗,两组所选穴位相同,疗程相同,观察两组患者的Ashworth痉挛等级、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、Barthel日常生活能力指数,并进行疗效判定。结果:治疗组总有效率为82.9%(34/41),高于对照组的56.1%(23/41)(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组Ashworth痉挛等级下降幅度、Fugl-Meyer评分及Barthel指数高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组各炎性因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:火针治疗脑卒中后肌张力增高优于常规体针治疗,患者的Ashworth痉挛等级、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分和Barthel日常生活能力指数均得到了明显改善。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of fire acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke hypermyotonia.Methods:89 patients with post-stroke hypermyotonia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional body acupuncture,whereas the treatment group was treated with fire acupuncture.The two groups selected the same acupoints and had the same course of treatment.Ashworth grade,the score of Fugl-Meyer motor function,Barthel index and curative effect were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 82.9%(34/41)in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 56.1%(23/41)in the control group(P<0.05).Ashworth spasm grade,Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index were higher in the treatment group than those in the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors were lower in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of fire acupuncture is superior to conventional body acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke hypermyotonia.The therapy can significantly improve Ashworth spasm grade,Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index.
