摘要
选取某款插电式并联式混合动力汽车(PHEV)进行转毂实验,通过转毂实验分析整车的动力性、经济性及整车控制策略,利用GT-suite软件搭建整车一维动力性模型并制定能量管理控制策略,对比分析仿真结果和实验结果:发动机功率实验数据和仿真数据变化趋势一致,电池SOC变化趋势一致,并且最大误差小于20%,验证了仿真模型的准确性。在一维模型基础上利用GT-suite软件和Simulink软件联合仿真,利用基于模糊规则能量管理策略优化混合动力模式下发动机和电机功率分配,然后以整车经济性最佳为优化目标,利用遗传算法优化模糊控制器。结果表明:相对于特定规则的能量管理策略,基于模糊规则策略下整车经济性提高了8.98%,基于遗传算法优化的模糊控制策略整车经济性提高了15.69%。
The vehicle performance,fuel economy and vehicle control strategy of the selected plug-in parallel hybrid electric vehicle(PHEV)were analyzed based on Rotating Hub Experiment and the software of GT-suite was used to simulate the one-dimensional dynamic model and control strategy.Moreover,the accuracy of the simulation model was verifiedby the comparisonof the simulation and experimental results(Engine power varies uniformly,and the battery SOC change trend is consistent and the maximum error is less than 20%)..The co-simulation was tackled by the GT-suite and Simulink on the basis of one-dimensional model and the fuzzy rule-based controller was used to optimize the energy distribution of engine and motorin hybrid mode.Then,the fuzzy controller was optimized by genetic algorithm with the aim of optimizing the economy of the vehicle.Results showed that,the economy of the vehicle under the fuzzy rule strategy was improved by 8.98%,and that under the fuzzy control strategy based on genetic algorithm optimization was improved by 15.69%compared with the energy management strategy based on specific rules.
