摘要
机械过速保护装置是有效防止机组发生飞逸事故的最后一道保护屏障,该装置的调整直接影响保护停机的准确性。针对水轮机测速装置要求死区小、灵敏度高,且现实调整中很难做到一次成功,而多次调整又容易对设备造成较大伤害的现实问题,通过增加间隙调整块、优化调整方法,实现过速保护装置动作精准,一次成功。实践表明:运用新方法调整过速保护装置,不仅减少了对机组设备的损害,还大大提高了机组运行安全稳定性。
The mechanical overspeed protection device is the last protection barrier to effectively prevent the unit from flying accidents.The adjustment of the device directly affects the accuracy of the protection stop.The accurate operation of overspeed protection device can be achieved with one-time success through adding clearance adjusting block and optimizing the adjustment method aiming at the reality problem that small dead zone and high sensitivity are required for hydraulic turbine speed measuring devices,and it is difficult to achieve one-time success in the real adjustment,and multiple adjustments may easily lead to great damage to the equipment.The practice shows that the overspeed protection device is adjusted with the new method,thereby not only reducing the damage to the unit equipment,but also greatly improving the operation safety and stability of the unit.
