摘要
引滦入津供水期间,大黑汀水利枢纽渠首电站1号水轮发电机组在运行过程中由于水轮机桨叶控制油路串腔故障发生甩油现象。为使机组尽快恢复运行,保障发电效益,同时避免机组漏油造成水源污染,结合电站上游水库水位变化情况,在转轮室内将水轮机桨叶与转轮体焊接固定,把水轮机转桨转轮改造成定桨转轮,短时间内机组重新投入运行。实践证明,这种改造方式工期短、投资小,改造后机组运行稳定,可为水轮发电机组类似故障抢修提供参考。
No. 1 hydraulic turbine generator unit of Daheiting Key Water Control Project Qushou Hydropower Station suffers from oil shedding during operation due to channel cavitation of turbine blade control oil pipelines during the diversion of water from Luanhe River to Tianjin. The turbine blade is welded and fixed with the runner in the runner room according to the changes of the water level of the upstream reservoir of the power station in order to restore the operation of the unit as soon as possible,ensure power generation benefits,and avoid water source pollution caused by the unit’s oil leakage. The turbine rotor is transformed into a fixed-blade runner,and the unit is put back into operation immediately. The practice shows that the reconstruction method is characterized by short time,low investment and stable operation of the turbine generator set.
