摘要
目的研究一种溶菌酶洗手液的抑菌性能和毒性。方法采用悬液定量抑菌试验法、理化分析和动物试验法,对溶菌酶洗手液进行酶活性和抑菌性能及毒性试验。结果该溶菌酶洗手液中溶菌酶蛋白含量为1.65 mg/m L,酶活性为50000 u/mg。该溶菌酶洗手液的50%稀释液作用5 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率达96%以上,对手上自然菌的平均杀灭对数值为1.31。该溶菌酶洗手液小鼠急性经口毒性LD50>5000 mg/(kg·bw)。结论该溶菌酶洗手液对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有良好的抑菌作用,属无毒级物质。
Objective To study the antibacterial performance and toxicity of a lysozyme hand sanitizer.Methods The suspension quantitative antibacterial experiment method,physical and chemical analysis and animal test method were used to determine the enzyme activity,antibacterial performance and toxicity of the lysozyme hand sanitizer.Results The lysozyme protein content in the lysozyme hand sanitizer was 1.65 mg/m L,and the enzyme activity was 50000 u/mg.The 50%dilution of the lysozyme hand sanitizer acted for 5 min,and the inhibitory rate against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans was over 96%,and the average killing logarithmic value of natural bacteria on the hand was 1.31.The LD50 of mouse acute oral toxicity of the lysozyme hand sanitizer was>5000 mg/(kg·bw).Conclusion This lysozyme hand sanitizer has a good antibacterial effect on bacterial propagules and fungi,and it is a non-toxicity substance.
