新型配筋齿槽装配式剪力墙力学性能数值模拟与理论分析 被引量:7

摘要 提出一种新型大尺寸配筋齿槽装配式剪力墙,采用配筋齿槽降低拼缝滑移对钢筋强度的影响。为研究该剪力墙的基本力学性功能及齿槽的工作机制,以剪跨比为参数,设计了普通装配式剪力墙和配筋齿槽接缝装配式剪力墙,利用有限元软件对其单调加载试验进行数值模拟。得到了各装配式剪力墙构件的荷载位移曲线,等效塑性应变分布云图,混凝土损伤分布云图,和钢筋应力分布云图。结果表明:配筋齿槽能够承担拼缝界面的主要剪力,降低销键剪切应力对纵向连接钢筋屈服强度的影响,改善了拼缝面的受力性能,实现装配式剪力墙拼缝的弯剪分离受力。基于数值模拟结果和剪力墙正截面承载力计算理论,建立了配筋齿槽装配式剪力墙的压弯承载力理论计算公式,其计算结果与模拟结果吻合较好,能够准确的反应拼缝界面的压弯承载力。 A new precast shear wall connection form,with a large-sized precast reinforced tenon joint is proposed,to reducing the influence of joint slip on reinforcing bars.To investigate the basic mechanical performance of the precast shear wall and the working mechanism of the reinforced tenon joint.The finite element numerical simulation of monotonic loading test was carried out on a normal precast shear wall and three reinforced tenon joint precast shear wall,with different shear span ratio.The load-displacement curves,equivalent plastic strain distribution nephogram,concrete damage distribution nephogram,and the steel bar stress distribution nephogram of the reinforced tenon precast shear walls were obtained.The results show that the reinforcing tenon can bear the main shear force at the joint interface,reduce the influence of dowel-action shear stress on the yield strength of the longitudinal connection steel bars,improve the mechanical performance of the joint surface,and realize the bending-shearing force separation of the joints in precast shear walls.Based on the numerical simulation results and the calculation theory of the normal section bearing capacity of shear wall,the theoretical calculation formula of the bending capacity of reinforced tenon precast shear wall is established.The calculation results are in good agreement with the simulation results and can accurately reflect the bending capacity of the jointed interface.
