摘要
基于混凝土用波纹管法研究超高性能混凝土(UHPC)的早期自收缩行为以及受水胶比、掺合料、钢纤维掺量等因素的影响规律。结果表明,改进后的混凝土用波纹管法能够有效表征UHPC的早期收缩行为,早期收缩曲线可根据其收缩发展速率的转折点分为4个阶段。超细粉煤灰、硅灰、矿渣粉的掺入会不同程度降低UHPC的自收缩;用水量一定时,减小水胶比所带来的胶凝材料用量的增大会明显提高UHPC的自收缩;钢纤维的掺入会显著降低UHPC的自收缩,且存在最优掺量。
It investigated the early-age autogenous shrinkage and its affecting factors,such as the water to binder ratio(W/B ratio),addition of admixture or steel fiber,of ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)based on corrugated tube method used in concrete.The testing results show that the improved corrugated tube using in concrete could effectively characterize the early-age shrinkage behaviors of UHPC.The shrinkage curves could be divided into four stages according to the turning points of developing rate of the curves.Adding ultrafine fly ash,silica fume or slag powder would reduce the autogenous shrinkage rate of UHPC at varying level.When water volume was fixed,decreasing W/B ratio would increase the binder mass and improve the autogenous shrinkage rate of UHPC significantly.Using steel fiber could also obviously reduce autogenous shrinkage rate of UHPC,but there was a optimal value on the addition of steel fiber.
