道路轻骨料混凝土耐久性及微结构研究

摘要 将30%普通砂用等体积一级粉煤灰替代,同时将水泥用超细粉灰等量置换10%~40%,制备页岩陶粒轻骨料混凝土。在轻骨料混凝土在掺有粉煤灰和硅灰双掺环境下,研究其抗侵蚀性及影响机理,从抗蚀系数、最优置换率、混凝土孔隙率和动弹性模量等方面。结果表明:对于Na 2SO 4浓度为0~10%的溶液,在干湿循环10、20、50次后,强度在20次左右达到峰值,随后迅速下降;在Na 2SO 4溶液浓度为5%时,超细粉煤灰取代率在20%,硅灰取代率在10%,抗蚀系数达到最高值;在双掺环境下,样品孔径在50~100 nm之间的孔隙百分比明显增加,孔径小于100 nm的超细粉煤灰和硅粉轻集料混凝土的孔径百分比分别是普通混凝土的1.39倍和1.46倍,优化了骨料与砂浆之间的界面过渡区。
