摘要
随着激光投线和激光测距类产品的快速推广应用,为保证其中的主要部件半导体激光器LD输出功率的可靠稳定,文章设计了一种半导体激光器的恒功率驱动和功率可调节控制系统,该系统仅以三个三极管作为主要器件,通过组合使用低通滤波、慢启动电路、自反馈和可调节电路实现,通过单片机调整控制信号的PWM占空比来实现功率输出连续可调节、恒功率驱动、激光输出功率异常监测等功能。
With the rapid promotion and application of laser line casting and laser ranging products,in order to ensure the reliable and stable output power of the main component semiconductor laser LD,a constant power drive and power adjustable control system for the semiconductor laser was designed.Only three transistors are used as the main components,and the low-pass filter,slow-start circuit,self-feedback and adjustable circuit are used in combination,which can realize the continuous adjustable power output,constant power drive and abnormal laser output power monitoring by adjusting the PWM duty cycle of the control signal through the single-chip microcomputer.
