摘要
子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMs)是指具有活性的子宫内膜组织出现在宫腔被覆黏膜以外的部位,因其病因、发病机制尚不明确,中、西医诊断与治疗存在困难,使得EMs成为了近年来的研究热点之一。通过动物模型探讨EMs的病因、发病机制及药物治疗方法是研究EMs的重要手段。本文介绍了EMs小鼠模型的动物选择、构建方法以及各造模方法优缺点,旨在为EMs动物实验研究提供模型选择的参考。
Endometriosis(EM)is defined by the presence of active endometrial tissue in the lining of the uterine cavity.Because its etiology and pathogenesis are unclear,the diagnosis of EM and the combined use of Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine are difficult,and thus,EM has become a research hotspot in recent years.Animal experiments are important for exploring the etiology,pathogenesis,and drug therapy of EM.This paper discussed the selection of animals,construction method,and advantages and disadvantages of various EM mouse models in an effort to provide a reference for model selection in animal research of EM.
