摘要
目的分析卵巢肿瘤患者应用经腹超声+经阴道超声对诊断准确率和灵敏度的诊断价值。方法选取2018年2月至2019年4月于本院接受治疗的卵巢肿瘤患者80例,分别为患者实施经腹超声诊断、经阴道超声诊断及经腹超声诊断联合经阴道超声诊断。分析各项诊断措施的准确率与灵敏度。结果经腹超声诊断联合经阴道超声诊断的准确率(96.25%)与灵敏度(96.77%)均明显高于经腹超声诊断(53.75%、38.71%)与经阴道超声诊断(63.75%、58.06%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经腹超声+经阴道超声诊断卵巢肿瘤的准确率与灵敏度均较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of transabdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors.Methods 80 patients with ovarian tumor who were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to April 2019 were selected.The above patients were diagnosed by transabdominal ultrasound,transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound.The accuracy and sensitivity of diagnostic measures were analyzed.Results The diagnostic accuracy(96.25%)and sensitivity(96.77%)of transabdominal ultrasonography combined with transvaginal ultrasonography were significantly higher than those of transabdominal ultrasonography(53.75%,38.71%)and transvaginal ultrasonography(63.75%,58.06%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The accuracy and sensitivity of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors are both high,which has the value of further promotion in clinical practice.
