摘要
陈德货主任认为新型冠状病毒肺炎为时行疫病,病性以湿、热为主,病位在肺脾,后期可累及于心,应以清肺泻热、化湿排毒之法治疗,宗泻白散、黄连解毒汤、三仁汤之意,自拟杏石芩连蔻果汤加味治疗,疗效明显,患者病情迅速逆转,值得临床借鉴推广。
Chief Physician Chen Dehuo holds that COVID-19 is an epidemic disease with the main disease syndrome of dampness and heat.The disease is located in the lung and spleen,and can be involved in the heart in later period,which should be treated with the method of clearing lung,purging heat and detoxifying dampness.Chief Physician Chen applies Xiebai powder(泻白散),Huanglian Jiedu decoction(黄连解毒汤),Sanren decoction(三仁汤),self-made Xingshi Qinlian Kougou decoction(自拟杏石芩连蔻果汤),of which the curative effect is significant,the patient's condition is quickly reversed,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
