摘要
本文从寒疫的病名、发病时节、病因病机及传变、临床表现及寒疫的治则治法入手,归纳整理古代文献,进行探讨,以期为寒疫的研究和治疗提供依据和思路。我国古代已有寒疫的记载,寒疫多发生于春、秋、冬季,在治疗上需考虑寒疫的病因病机特点采用解表散寒,芳香透达;辛温凉解,寒热并用;祛邪扶正,防止伤阳等治则治法。
The literature are reviewed with the name of the cold epidemic disease,the time of onset,etiology,pathogenesis,transmission,clinical manifestations and the treatment of cold epidemic disease.There are records of cold epidemic disease in ancient China.Cold epidemic disease mostly occurs in spring,autumn and winter.In the treatment,we need to consider the etiology and pathogenesis characteristics of cold epidemic.Dispelling cold and clearing heat with fragrance herbal,dispelling pathogenic factors and strengthening the body,and preventing the injury of Yang are all needed in treating cold epidemic disease.
