磨床导轨的动态特性分析及结构优化设计 被引量:3

摘要 采用对比分析法对某磨床三种不同结构导轨的导轨-滑台系统进行动态特性分析,得到前六阶频率以及谐响应分析图谱。通过分析结果选出动态特性较好的导轨结构,并使用遗传算法对所选的导轨结构参数进行了优化设计,得到了动态特性较好的结构参数。结果表明:优化后导轨-滑台系统的阻尼值提高了54%,一阶频率提升了4%,X方向稳态响应幅值降低了20%。该研究结果为磨床导轨的结构选择提供了建议,对机床部件结构优化设计具有借鉴意义。 The dynamic characteristics of the guideway sliding platform system with three different structures of a grinder are analyzed by comparative analysis method,and the first six order frequencies and harmonic response analysis maps are obtained.Through the analysis results,the guideway structure with good dynamic characteristics is selected,and the selected guideway structural parameters are optimized by using genetic algorithm,and the structural parameters with good dynamic characteristics are obtained.The results show that the damping value of the guideway-sliding platform system is increased by 78%,the first-order frequency is increased by 11%,and the amplitude in the X direction is reduced by 11%.The research results provide suggestions for the structural selection of grinder guideway,and can be used for reference in the structural optimization design of machine tool components.
