摘要
成果导向教育为国际工程教育认证三大协议的核心理念,该理念坚持反向设计、正向实施,倡导多元评量、持续改进。梳理成果导向教育的发展脉络,理解其教育内涵,以建构主义理论为基础,研究成果导向教育在高职教育中的实践应用模式和实施路径,理性把握成果导向教育本土化的切适性,优化专业人才培养方案,创新人才培养模式,以推进高职教育高质量发展。
Outcome-based education is the core concept of the three agreements of international engineering education accreditation,which adheres to reverse design,positive implementation,and advocates multiple evaluation and continuous improvement.Sort out the development of outcome-based education and understand its educational connotation.Based on the theory of constructivism,this paper studies the practical application mode and implementation path of outcome-based education in higher vocational education,rationally grasps the appropriateness of localization of outcome-based education,optimizes the training scheme of professional talents,and innovates the talent training mode,so as to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education.
