摘要
随着DCS系统的广泛应用,本研究开发了甘蔗糖厂热电站DCS系统。本文介绍了DCS系统的实际应用效果,即实现了系统数据采集与处理功能,实现了模拟量自动控制功能,实现了顺序控制、联锁保护等功能。应用结果表明:该DCS系统保证了热电站的稳定运行,减轻了人工劳动强度,提升了甘蔗糖厂的自动化水平。
With the wide application of DCS system,DCS system for thermal power station in sugar mill has researched and developed.This paper introduces its practical application effects,namely there are achieved the functions of the system data acquisition and processing,the analogue automatic control,the sequential control and interlock protection,etc.The results show that DCS system ensures the stable operation of the thermal power station,reduces the intensity of manual labor,and improves the automation level of sugar mill.
