摘要
2018年,我国食糖产业呈现"产量增长、需求平稳、进口增长、行业亏损且产业脆弱"的特征。我国食糖产业面临5个问题:国内制糖企业大面积亏损,威胁产业安全;甘蔗机收水平明显偏低,人工成本增长快且占糖料成本过半数;糖料土地成本被低估,成为制约糖业可持续发展瓶颈问题;糖料产业基础竞争力不足,制糖成本与世界主要食糖出口国差距较大;甜菜自育品种进展显著,甜菜种子加工分级与丸粒化包衣技术不过关制约推广。2019年我国食糖产业将呈现"产量增加、消费平稳、进口有序、糖价震荡下行后企稳"的发展趋势。
In 2018, the sugar industry in China showed the characteristics of "production growth, demand stability, import growth, industry loss and industry fragility". The sugar industry in China faces five problems: the large-scale losses of domestic sugar-making enterprises threaten the safety of the industry;The sugar cane harvesting level is obviously low, and the labor cost increases rapidly and accounts for more than half of the sugar cost;The land cost of sugar is underestimated, which has become the bottleneck of the sustainable development of sugar industry;The basic competitiveness of sugar industry is insufficient, the cost of sugar production is high, and there is a big gap with the major sugar exporters in the world;Significant progress has been made in sugar beet self-breeding varieties, and poor seed processing and grading and pelletizing coating techniques have restricted the popularization of sugar beet varieties. In 2019, the sugar industry in China will show the trend of "increasing production, steady consumption, orderly import and sugar price stabilization after fluctuating downward".
