摘要 线粒体自噬(Mitophagy)是细胞自我降解调节功能失调的细胞器,并通过溶酶体进行营养循环的过程.线粒体作为组织内稳态必不可少的能量发生器以及程序性凋亡和坏死细胞死亡的通道,其核心功能使得线粒体的质量和数量需受到严格控制.线粒体自噬在细胞代谢和调节生理机能中起到着至关重要的作用,因此检测线粒体自噬的方法有着非常重要的研究价值.荧光探针是检测线粒体自噬的主要方法之一,该文主要综述了近些年对线粒体自噬探针的研究进展,旨在为相关领域的研究提供参考. Mitophagy is a process of cell self-regulation,which degrades dysfunctional mitochondria through lysosome.As an essential energy generator for homeostasis and a channel for programmed apoptosis and necrotic cell death,the main function of mitophagy is to strictly control the quantity and quality of mitochondria.Mitophagy plays an important role in cell metabolism and regulation of physiological function,so the detection of mitophagy has a very important research value.Fluorescence detection by autophagy probes is one of the main methods to detect mitophagy.In this paper,the research progress of mitophagy probes in recent years is reviewed,in order to provide reference for the research in related fields.
