摘要
新型冠状病毒来袭的特殊时期,各高校首次广泛实施远程在线教学期间,为了顺应在线教学将来的发展趋势,了解教学在线教学督导的特点和规律,本文以北京城市学院为例对学校远程在线教学、教师教学和学生学习现状采用跟课、问卷等方式进行了调研。通过调研分析了在线教学的特点、优势和不足,对在线教学的质量监测进行了初步探索,明确了在线教学督导面临的转变,初步确定了在线教学督导的评价指标和评价要素。
Most colleges and universities have implemented online teaching for the first time during the outbreak of COVID-19,and the traditional classroom teaching quality supervision system seems insufficient for the new teaching mode.In order to comply with the future development trend of online teaching and understand the characteristics and laws of online teaching supervision,this paper takes Beijing City University as an example to investigate the status of online teaching,teacher performance and student learning by means of online classroom observation and questionnaires.Through investigation,the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of online teaching have been analyzed and a preliminary exploration of online teaching quality supervision has been carried out.Furthermore,the transformation of online teaching quality supervision has been clarified,and the evaluation indicators and evaluation elements of online teaching quality supervision has been initially determined.
