摘要
目前,热式气体流量计在湿法脱硫工艺上应用十分广泛。对湿法脱硫二氧化硫气体计量过程中容易出现的传感器腐蚀精度低等问题进行了研究并给出了一种新的解决方案。利用特氟龙涂层优异的耐腐蚀性能和耐热性能,对流量计传感器表面和传感器支撑杆表面进行了耐腐喷涂处理。考虑传感器粗糙度等级Ra无法达到理想光滑等级,导致液滴、晶体颗粒物更易凝结于传感器表面,造成测量值偏差,进而提出了基于在线监测的倾斜式安装法。为了保证测量精度,对处理后的传感器进行多量程段的管道中心点校准试验。试验结果表明,处理后的流量计具有良好的耐腐蚀性能,测量精度达到了1级,重复性也达到了0.25%,取得了满意的效果。该技术为脱硫工艺气体流量测量提供了一套可靠的解决方案。
At present,thermal gas flowmeter has been widely used in wet desulfurization process.The problems about sensor corrosion and low precision for the gas measurement of sulfur dioxide in the process of wet desulfurization are researched,and a new solution is given.Based on the excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance of Teflon coating,the surface of flowmeter sensor and sensor support rod are sprayed with anti-corrosion coating.Considering that the roughness grade Ra of the sensor cannot reach the ideal smoothness level,the droplets and crystal particles more likely to condense on the surface of the sensor are occurred,which results in the measured value deviated from that should be.An inclined installation method based'on on-line monitoring is proposed.In order to ensure the measurement accuracy,the pipeline center point calibration test of the processed sensor is carried out.The test results show that the flowmeter after treatment has good corrosion resistance.The measurement accuracy reaches level 1,and the repeatability reaches 0.25%,which achieves satisfactory results.The technology provides a set of reliable solutions for gas flow measurement of desulfurization process.
