摘要
目的探讨超声引导下肝穿刺对酒精性脂肪肝(AFLD)临床治疗的指导意义。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月本院AFLD患者100例,所有患者均给予超声引导下肝穿刺检查,并以临床检查结果为对照。结果临床检查结果显示,100例患者中,轻度38例(38.00%)、中度42例(42.00%)、重度20例(20.00%),合并肝纤维化32例(32.00%)、肝硬化8例(8.00%);超声引导下肝穿刺检出AFLD有100例,检出率为100.00%,其中诊断轻度、中度.重度脂肪肝的符合率分别为94.74%.95.24%、100.00%,检出合并肝纤维化、肝硬化的符合率分别为100.00%、87.50%,超声引导下肝穿刺与临床检查结果比较的一致性良好(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下肝穿刺可有效检出AFLD,并可有效评估AFLD的病情进展.可为指导AFLD临床治疗提供重要的依据。
Objective To discuss the ulrasound guided liver puncture is of guiding significance in the elinical treatment of al-coholic fatty liver disease(AFLD).Methods 100 patients with AFLD in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were select-ed.All patients were given ultrasound-guided liver biopsy,and the results of clinical examination were compared.Results The re-sults of elinical examination showed that among the 100 patients,38(38.00%)were mild,42(42.00%)moderate,20(20.00%)severe,32(32.00%)complicated with liver fibrosis and 8(8.00%)cirhosis.There were 100 cases of AFLD detected by ultra-sound-guided liver puncture,the detection rate was 100.00%.The coincidence rates of diagnosis of mild,moderate and severe fatty liver were 94.74%,95.24%and 100.00%,and the coincidence rates of detection of liver fibrosis and cirrhosis were 100.00%and 87.50%,the results of ulrasound-guided liver puncture were in good agreement with those of elinical examination(P<0.05).Con-clusions UItrasound-guided liver puncture can efectively detect AFLD and evaluate the progress of AFLD.It can provide important basis for guiding the clinical trealment of AFLD.
