摘要
目的评价叙事教学法对我国护理专业学生(以下简称护生)学习效果的影响。方法采用Meta分析方法,检索并筛选出中国知网(CNKI)、重庆维普(VIP)、万方(Wan Fang)3大中文数据库及PUBMED、Web of Science、EMBASE、Cochrane图书馆等外文数据库中关于叙事教学法在我国护理领域中应用的研究文献,并对纳入的参考文献进行人工检索。经研究者进行文献质量评价和资料提取,并进行统计分析。结果初检出990篇文献,经选择后最终纳入24篇进行Meta分析。叙事教学法与传统教学法相比,在护生客观理论知识SMD=1.67,95%CI[1.24,2.09]、操作能力SMD=1.76,95%CI[1.22,2.29]、人文关怀能力SMD=1.25,95%CI[0.80,1.70]、批判性思维能力SMD=1.31,95%CI[0.76,1.87]、同理心SMD=2.08,95%CI[0.82,3.35]、职业认同感SMD=2.62,95%CI[1.08,4.16]、沟通能力SMD=4.60,95%CI[1.05,8.14]及教学满意度等方面比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论叙事教学法对我国护生学习效果的影响包括护生客观理论知识、操作能力、人文关怀能力、批判性思维能力、同理心、职业认同感、沟通能力和教学满意度优于传统教学法。
Objective To evaluate the influence of narrative teaching method on the learning effect of nursing students in China.Methods The literature on the effect of narrative teaching method on learning effects of nursing students was searched through the major databases of China Knowledge Network(CNKI),Chongqing Weipu(VIP),Wanfang(Wan Fang),PUBMED,Web of Science,EMBASE,and Cochrane Library.The literature included was further retrieved manually.After assessment,the data acquired from the papers were abstracted,followed by statistical analysis with the software of Stata12.0.Results Initially,a total of 990 papers were screened and 24 were finally included by manual selection for meta-analysis.Compared with the traditional teaching method,the narrative teaching method was significantly better in theoretical knowledge(SMD=1.67,95%CI[1.24,2.09]),operational ability(SMD=1.76,95%CI[1.22,2.29]),humanistic care ability(SMD=1.25,95%CI[0.80,1.70]),critical thinking ability(SMD=1.31,95%CI[0.76,1.87],empathy(SMD=2.08,95%CI[0.82,3.35]),professional identity(SMD=2.62,95%CI[1.08,4.16]),communication ability(SMD=4.60,95% CI [1.05,8.14]) and teaching satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion The narrative teaching method is more effective in enhancing the learning effect of nursing students than that of traditional teaching methods in China.
