摘要
目的:探究叙事护理模式在护理专业本科生临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法:通过单纯整群抽样法选取96名护理专业本科生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各48名。对照组沿用传统模式,即“理论学习—病房见习—病例汇报”;观察组在传统模式基础上加以叙事护理模式,即“理论学习—叙事护理培训—病房见习—叙事小故事撰写—病例汇报”。比较两组学生共情能力、职业认同及人文关怀品质。结果:观察组共情能力、职业认同感及人文关怀品质得分均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:叙事护理模式在护理专业本科生临床见习教学中应用效果满意,护患者之心,理患者之痛,增进医教共建护理专业价值观。
Objective:To explore the application effect of narrative nursing model on clinical probation teaching of nursing undergraduates.Methods:A total of 96 nursing undergraduates were selected as the research objects and randomized into the control group and observation group,with 48 students in each group.The control group followed the traditional model,namely,theory learning-ward probation-case report,while in the observation group,the narrative nursing model was added on the basis of the traditional model,that is,the theoretical learning-narrative nursing training-ward probation-narrative story writing-case report.Then,the students′empathy ability,professional identity and humanistic care quality were compared between both groups.Results:Scores of empathy ability,professional identity and humanistic care quality of the nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of narrative nursing mode on nursing undergraduates′clinical probation teaching is satisfactory,which will protect patients′heart,manage patients′pain and enhance the value of the joint construction of medical education and nursing specialty.
