摘要
目的:了解通州区居民精神卫生知识知晓率及公众对精神疾病的态度现况。方法:于2019年3-10月采用多阶段随机抽样的方法,对通州区16岁及以上社区居民进行横断面调查,调查内容包括:一般人口学资料、精神卫生知识知晓率、公众对精神疾病的态度。结果:共纳入4317名研究对象,结果显示精神卫生知识知晓率为75.70%,16~45岁(χ^2=62.812,P<0.01)、大专/本科及以上(χ^2=314.35,P<0.01)、10000(不含)元以上(χ^2=192.877,P<0.01)收入知晓率较高;疾病态度得分为(39.5±4.11)分,女性(t=-2.801,P<0.05)、大专/本科及以上(t=4.082,P<0.01)、10000(不含)元以上(t=2.145,P<0.05)得分较高。结论:通州区居民精神卫生知识知晓率较高,已达《北京市精神卫生工作规划(2016~2020)》要求标准。公众对精神疾病态度尚可,建议相关部门对不同人群有针对性进行心理宣教,增加心理健康意识和对精神疾病的正面认识。
Objective:To understand the knowledge of mental health of residents in Tongzhou District and the public attitudes towards mental disorder.Methods:A multi-stage random sampling method was used from March to October 2019 to conduct a cross-sectional survey of community residents aged 16 and above in Tongzhou.The survey included:General demographic data,the knowledge of mental health,public attitude to mental disease.Results:A total of 317 subjects were enrolled,the results showed that the awareness rate of knowledge of mental health was 75.70%,awareness rate of 16~45 years old(χ^2=62.812,P<0.01),college/undergraduate and above(χ^2=314.35,P<0.01),higher than 10,000(excluding)yuan income(χ^2=192.877,P<0.01)was high;The disease attitude score was 39.5±4.11 points,and the scores for women(t=-2.801,P<0.05),college/undergraduate and above(t=4.082,P<0.01),and more than 10,000 yuan(excluding)(t=2.145,P<0.05)were higher.Conclusion:The awareness rate of mental health knowledge among residents in Tongzhou District is relatively high,and has reached the standard required by the Beijing Municipal Mental Health Work Plan(2016~2020).The public’s attitude towards mental illness is acceptable,and it is recommended that relevant departments carry out targeted psychological education for different groups of people to increase mental health awareness and positive understanding of mental illness.
