摘要
目的:研究不同丁螺环酮口服剂量下,对治疗抗抑郁药所致男性性功能障碍的疗效。方法:选取106例符合DSM-Ⅳ-TR药物所致性功能障碍诊断标准的患者,根据随机数字表法,分为实验组及对照组。给予实验组继续服用原有抗抑郁性药物(包括:氟西汀、米氮平、文拉法辛)和丁螺环酮,每日服用0.5mg/kg口服。每间隔14天,按病情调节一次药物服用量。对照组在原有抗抑郁药基础上给予安慰剂口服。观察记录同实验组。在基线、治疗第2、4、6周进行临床评估,采用亚利桑那性体验量表评定疗效。结果:实验组及对照组患者在治疗过程中,2周后检测两组患者ASEX评分,没有明显差别。4周后,两组患者评分有显著不同。实验组服用丁螺环酮后,相比对照组ASEX评分减低(t=-9.828,-15.830;P<0.05);在治疗过程中,第4周患者SAS评分、SDS评分高于第2周(t=-9.718,-2.384;P<0.05),第6周两组评分具有明显差别(t=-11.993,-8.736;P<0.05)。结论:丁螺环酮治疗抗抑郁药所致性功能障碍有较好疗效。服药过程中患者不良反应及抑郁症病情波动与丁螺环酮呈剂量相关。应依据患者实际情况,调整丁螺环酮服用剂量。
Objective:To explore therapeutic effects of buspirone in sexual dysfunction induced by depressants.Methods:A total of 106 cases diagnosed with sexual dysfunction induced by DSM-Ⅳ-TR drugs were selected.Experimental group and control group were divided according to random number table method.The experimental group was given the original antidepressive drugs(including fluoxetine,mirtazapine and venlafaxine)and buspirone(0.5 mg/kg every day).The dosage of medicine was adjusted according to the condition every 14 days.The control group was given a placebo on the basis of the original antidepressant.The observation recording was the same as those of the experimental group.Clinical evaluations were conducted at baseline and at the treatment of 2,4,and 6 weeks,and efficacy was assessed with the Arizona Sexual Experience Scale.Results:During the treatment,ASEX scores of patients in the experimental group and the control group were detected 2 weeks later,and there was no significant difference.After 4 weeks,there were significant differences in scores between the two groups.The ASEX score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(t=-9.828,-15.830;P<0.05).During treatment,SAS and SDS scores of patients at the 4 th week were higher than those of the 2 nd week(t=-9.718,-2.384;P<0.05).There were significant differences in scores between the two groups at the 6 th week(t=-11.993,-8.736;P<0.05).Conclusion:Buspirone treatment can improve symptoms of sexual dysfunction induced by depressants;Adverse drug reaction and symptom fluctuation of depression is related with the dosage of buspirone which should be adjusted according to the actual situation of patients.
