摘要 “青蓝工程”是促进青年教师专业化发展的重要实践,新老教师交互听评课则是“青蓝工程”中的常见举措。文章结合教学实际,从年长教师听课关注的“科学、形象、层次”三维度和青年教师听课力争做到的“多准备、细观察、勤反思”三步骤等方面,探讨如何提高中学语文“青蓝工程”交互听评课的有效性,以促进“青蓝工程”落到实处。 The"Blue Project"is an important practice to promote the professional development of young teachers,and the interactive lesson observation and evaluation of new and old teachers is a common measure in the"Blue Project".Combined with the teaching practice,this paper discusses how to improve the effectiveness of the interactive lesson observation and evaluation of the"Blue Project"in junior middle school Chinese from the three dimensions of"science,image and level"that the old teachers pay attention to and the three steps of"more preparation,careful observation and frequent reflection"that the young teachers strive to achieve,so as to promote the implementation of"Blue Project".
