摘要
肉苁蓉作为著名的补益中药,具有补肾阳、益精血、润肠通便、抗衰老、提高记忆力、保护神经、保肝等多方面的作用,被称为"沙漠人参",广泛应用于中医临床处方、中成药和保健产品等方面。本文从功能成分、药理作用、人工栽培及产品开发等方面综述了近年来肉苁蓉的研究进展及产业化现状,可为肉苁蓉的规模化种植、临床应用、产业化开发提供参考,最后讨论了通过在盐碱地上种植肉苁蓉实现盐碱地高效生态利用的潜力和可行性。
Cistanche deserticola,as a famous tonic traditional Chinese medicine,is known as"desert ginseng".It had received considerable attentions due to the functions of tonifying kidney,invigorating blood and essence,moistening intestines and defecation,anti-aging,improving memory,protecting nerve and liver.It has been widely used in clinical prescriptions,Chinese patent drugs and health care products.In this paper,the research progress and industrialization status of C.deserticola in recent years were reviewed from the perspective of the functional components,pharmacological effects,artificial cultivation and product development to provide references for the large-scale planting,industrial development and clinical application of C.deserticola.The potential and feasibility of high-efficiency ecological utilization of saline alkali land by planting C.deserticola was discussed.
