摘要
对中医复方新药研制的思路以及有关技术问题进行讨论。认为中医复方疗效建立在组成复方药味及其化学组分间复杂的配伍重组关系上，而目前中医复方研制依循的是天然植物药化研究模式，在思路及方法上有很大缺陷。复方制剂的研制应将重点放在对复方整体效用以及与效用密切相关的化学组分的研究上。成功的复方新药研制涉及到选题、方案选择、技术配置等多方面，其中配合药效和药化研究的复方提取是提高新药研制水平以及制剂质量的重要环节。
The thinking and relevant technological issues of developing new TCM composite preparations are discussed in this paper. The author holds that the effects of TCM comoposite recipes are based on the complicated ingredient combination and the interaction of the chemical components of the ingredients. The present academic thinking and motheds for developing new TCM composite preparations are not so correct because they come from the experience of studying medicinal plants. In developing new TCM comoposite preparations, stress should be put on the overall effects of the composite recipes and on the chemical components of the ingredients closely related with this kind of effects. A successful new TCM composite preparation involes the following factors, for example, research subject selecting, research work plan making, and technological procedures establishing. The important matter is extracting the ingredients of the composite recipe under research according to its overall effects and the chemical components closely related with the effects.
