摘要
对农业农村相关数据开放情况进行研究,有助于我国政府农业农村数据开放工作的推进,助力数字乡村建设和乡村振兴。论文以8个地方政府数据开放平台为例,构建包含数据层和平台层的分析框架,对平台提供的农业农村数据进行综合评估,并针对当前农业农村数据开放工作存在的问题,给出相应的对策和建议。
The research on the opening situation of agricultural and rural related data is helpful to promote the agricultural and rural data opening work of our government,and help the construction of digital countryside and rural revitalization.Taking eight local government data opening platforms as examples,this paper constructs an analysis framework including data layer and platform layer,evaluates the agricultural and rural data provided by the platform,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problems existing in the current agricultural and rural data opening work.
