摘要
创新医学教育旨在培养和增强医学人才的职业胜任能力。不同于传统的"填鸭式"教学,"文献阅读与讨论"教学模式从"以学生为本"的理念出发,最终促进"教学相长"。本文以"糖尿病酮症酸中毒"PBL课程为例,详细分享了嵌入性"文献阅读与讨论"这一教学模式的实施策略与经验,为其在医学教育中的推广提供借鉴和参考。
The innovative reformation of medical education aims to enhance professional competencies of medical talents.In contrast to the traditional cramming method of teaching,the"literature reading&discussion"based teaching mode is student-oriented and eventually benefits both teachers and students.In this article,we shared our experience in implementing"literature study&discussion"in a PBL course on diabetic ketoacidosis.Hopefully,this will promote the application of this teaching strategy in medical educations.
