摘要
生物质燃料堆储过程中,不同的堆储环境会引起燃料的理化特性发生变化,从而对生物质燃料的使用安全和经济性产生较大的影响。以某生物质电厂燃料堆储为例,对不同堆储环境下的生物质燃料进行堆储试验研究。试验表明,随堆储时间增加,露天堆储的生物质燃料全水分增加3.82个百分点,热值下降12.54%,燃料堆储超过91天内部温度上升超过80℃;室内堆储的生物质燃料全水分下降8.62个百分点,热值增加35.89%,燃料堆储超过86天内部温度上升超过80℃。考虑生物质燃料的使用安全和经济性,建议长期堆储的生物质燃料进行定期轮换使用,最长堆储时间不超过90天,燃料内部温度超过80℃应及时使用,避免燃料自燃发生火灾事故。
During the storage of biomass fuel,the physical and chemical properties of the fuel will change due to different storage environments,which will have a greater impact on the safety and economy of biomass fuel.Experiment study on biomass fuel in different storage environments was developed,taking the fuel storage of a biomass power plant.The results showed that,the total moisture of biomass fuel stored in open stacks increases by 3.82 percentage points,and the calorific value decreases by 12.54%with the increase of storage time.The total moisture of biomass fuel decreases by 8.62 percentage points,the calorific value increases by 35.89%with the increase of storage time,and the internal temperature increased exceed 80℃when the biomass fuel was stored for more than 86 days.Considering the safety and economical use of biomass fuel,the biomass fuel stored for a long period of time should be rotated regularly.The maximum storage time should not exceed 90 days.The internal temperature of the fuel should not exceed 80℃.
