摘要
高职院校信息化建设的过程中,办公自动化建设是不可或缺的一部分。办公自动化(OA)Office Automation是基于计算机、互联网和现代办公手段的一种新型的办公形式。文章介绍了国内外OA系统的发展现状,提出OA系统在高职院校中的设计原则、应用优势,分析建设中存在的问题并给出相应的解决对策。
In the process of information construction in higher vocational colleges,office automation construction is an indispensable part.Office Automation(OA)is a new form of office based on computers,the Internet and modern office methods.The article introduces the development status of OA systems at home and abroad,puts forward the design principles and application advantages of OA systems in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the problems in construction and gives corresponding solutions.
