摘要
本文在充分研究铝土矿性质的基础上,分别研究了工作压力、工作辊速、矿石含水率对铝土矿辊磨产品中料及边料粒度的影响。研究结果表明:适宜的工作压力为4.4 N/mm^2,适宜的工作辊速为0.3 m/s,矿石含水率不应超7%;中料产品的P 80远小于边料产品的P 80。为解决不均匀破碎的问题,对边料产品进行了再循环研究,结果表明,边料循环两次即可达到平衡,产品粒度基本满足后续工序的要求。
On the basis of fully studying the composition of bauxite,the effects of working pressure,working roll speed and moisture content on the grain size of intermediate material and edge material are studied.The results show that the suitable working pressure is 4.4 N/mm^2,the suitable working roll speed is 0.3 m/s,the moisture content should not exceed 7%.The P 80 of intermediate product is much smaller than that of edge product.In order to solve the problem of uneven crushing,a recycling study is carried out on the edge material.The results show that the balance can be gained in twice recycle and the product size basically meets the requirements of subsequent process.
