摘要
分析了辊压机的工作过程,通过对辊子受力状态的分析,推导出辊压机转矩和功率方程,并根据辊压机的生产能力,得出辊压机的能耗方程。通过能耗方程,将最大压力和辊隙与产品粒度质量分数联系起来,借助M atlab数值模拟软件,绘出了各粒级质量分数分布曲线,分析了最大压力与辊隙两个主要参数对产品粒度变化的影响,为辊压机的压力与辊隙的选取提供参考。
The working process of the rolling press is analyzed, and by means of force state analysis of the roll, tolling press torque and power equation is deduced. And energy consumption equation of the rolling process has been obtained according to the production capacity of the rolling process. Through the energy consumption equation, the maximum pressing force and roll gap concatenate with the mass fraction of product particle size, and mass fraction distribution curve of each particle size grade is drawn by means of Matlab numerical simulation software, and the effect of the maximum pressing force and roll gap on the change in the product particle size has been analyzed, which provide the reference basis to select the pressing force and roll gap of the rolling press.
