摘要
目的探究氨氯地平联合卡托普利治疗冠心病合并高血压患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年3月在医院接受治疗的80例冠心病合并高血压患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽样法将其依据不同的治疗方式进行分组,分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例),对照组患者给予常规药物治疗,观察组患者给予氨氯地平联合卡托普利治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的舒张压和收缩压水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的舒张压、收缩压水平均低于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病合并高血压患者应用氨氯地平联合卡托普利进行治疗,有助于改善患者的病情,促使患者血压保持在稳定水平。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of amlodipine combined with captopril in the treatment of coronary heart disease with hypertension.Methods Select the 80 patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension who were treated in our hospital rom January 2017 to March 2018 as the research object,use the random sampling method,and divide them into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases)according to the different treatment methods as the grouping principle.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional medication.Patients in the observation group were treated with amlodipine and captopril.The therapeutic effect of two groups was compared.Results The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in diastolic and systolic blood pressure(P>0.05).After treatment,the diastolic pressure and systolic pressure of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine and captopril can improve the condition of patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension,and keep the blood pressure stable.
