摘要
传统SF6气体过滤装置,在进行SF6气体过滤时过滤效率低。针对这一问题,进行基于傅里叶变换的SF6气体过滤装置研究。通过设计取样管,在入口以及出口分别设有第一自封接头和第二自封接头,避免由于流量波动而引起过滤偏差。利用高效过滤器,实现SF6气体取样以及气体检测功能的整合,避免由于SF6气体多次抽取以及输入的过程中所造次的二次污染,进一步提高SF6气体过滤效率。设计实验,结果表明,设计的过滤装置过滤效率明显高于对照组,高出一半左右。
The traditional SF6 gas filtration device has low filtration efficiency when performing SF6 gas filtration.In response to this problem,the SF6 gas filter device based on Fourier transform was studied.By designing a sampling tube,a first self-sealing joint and a second self-sealing joint are provided at the inlet and the outlet,respectively,to avoid filtration deviation due to flow fluctuations.The use of high-efficiency filters enables the integration of SF6 gas sampling and gas detection functions to avoid secondary pollution caused by the multiple extraction and input of SF6 gas and further improve the SF6 gas filtration efficiency.The design experiment shows that the filtering efficiency of the designed filter device is significantly higher than that of the control group,and is about half higher.
