Objective To analyze the safety and effect of ultrasoundguided femoral nerve block in the elderly patients after hip replacement. Methods 60 elderly patients who entered our hospital from March 2019 to April 2020 for unilateral hip arthroplasty were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into vein group and block group with 30 cases in each group. The anesthesia mode of the two groups was waist hard combination. The patients in vein group were given intravenous drug injection analgesia, and the patients in block group were given femoral nerve block analgesia under the guidance of ultrasound,The visual pain simulation score, adverse reactions and patients’satisfaction with analgesia were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The visual pain simulation score of patients in block group was lower than that in vein group, the incidence of adverse reactions in block group was lower than that in vein group, the satisfaction score of patients in block group was higher than that in vein group, and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of ultrasound-guided femoral nerve block in the elderly patients after hip replacement is good, the incidence of adverse reactions is low,and the patients’satisfaction of analgesia is high, and it is worth carrying out.
