摘要
目的分析七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液对于缓解青少年屈光不正所致的视疲劳的治疗效果。方法从2018年10月-2019年10月期间到我院接受治疗的屈光不正导致的视疲劳青少年患者中选择86例(共172眼)进行本次研究,根据计算机表法的方式将这86例患者分成研究组和参照组,每组各43例患者(共86眼)。两组研究对象均行统一的常规辅助治疗方案,在此基础上参照组患者加用珍珠明目滴眼液,研究组患者则加用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为97.67%(42/43),参照组患者的治疗总有效率为74.41%(32/42),研究组显著高于参照组,差异存在统计学意义(x^2=9.6847、P=0.0018)。结论使用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液对患有屈光不正导致的视疲劳青少年患者进行治疗其效果显著,舒适度高,副作用小。
Objetive To analyze the therapeutic effect of aescin digitalis diglycoside eye drops on the relief of visual fatigue caused by ametropia in adolescents.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,86 adolescents with visual fatigue caused by refractive errors who were treated in our hospital were selected(a total of 172 eyes)for this study.86 patients were divided into study group and reference group,with 43 patients(86 eyes)in each group.The two groups were treated with the same conventional adjuvant therapy.On this basis,the reference group patients were treated with pearl eye drops,while the study group patients were treated with aescine digitalis glycoside eye drops,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.67%(42/43),and the total effective rate of treatment in the reference group was 74.41%(32/42).The study group was significantly higher than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(x^2=9.6847、P=0.0018).Conclusion The use of horse chestnut digitalis diglucoside eye drops for the treatment of adolescent patients with visual fatigue caused by refractive error has significant effects,high comfort,and small side effects.
