摘要
目的:观察并分析针刺联合七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液(施图伦)治疗视疲劳的临床疗效。方法:将60例确诊为视疲劳的患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各30例,对照组患者采取施图伦滴眼液滴眼治疗,治疗组患者在施图伦滴眼液治疗的基础上应用眼周近端配合远端取穴针刺疗法,疗程均为10天。结果:两组患者治疗后症状均有明显改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组患者总有效率为96.70%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺联合七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液可以有效缓解视疲劳的相关症状,效果明显优于单纯采用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液,并具有操作简单、疗效显著等优点,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe and analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with eye drops Augentropfen stulln Mono （stulln） in the treatment of visual fatigue. Methods：60 cases of patients with diagnosis of visual fatigue were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 30 cases. The control group took Stulln eyedrops in the treatment, the treatment group is based on shitulun for the application of the eye with the proximal distal acupoints acupuncture therapy. The course of treatment was 10 days. Results： Two groups of patients after treatment were significantly improved symptoms （P〈0.01） , the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.70%, the total effective rate of 66.67% in the control group, the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The method of acupuncture combined with eye-drops Augentropfen stulln Mono can effectively relieve the symptoms of visual fatigue, the effect is obviously better than that ofeye-drops Augen tropfen stulln Mono , and has the advantages of simple operation, obvious curative effect and other advantages, easy to practice and promote the clinical.
