摘要
专题培训是增强中小学教师培训的针对性、提高教师教育教学技能的重要手段。专题培训团队在设计培训方案时应关注中小学教师的需求;在落实培训方案时应注重中小学教师网状知识结构的生成和解决现实问题能力的提升;要注重教师的实际获得,包括提升教育教学技能、加强教学能力建设、增强科研能力等;要促进学校和校长以专题培训为抓手,激活教师创新思维和教学改革行动。
Special training is an important means to enhance the pertinence of primary and secondary school teacher training and improve teachers’educational and teaching skills.The special training team should pay attention to the needs of primary and secondary school teachers when designing training programs,and focus on the generation of network knowledge structure of primary and secondary school teachers and the improvement of their ability to solve practical problems when implementing training programs;it should also attach importance to the actual acquisition of teachers,including improving their educational and teaching skills,enhancing their ability in teaching and scientific research;schools and principals should take the special training as the starting point to activate teachers’innovative thinking and action in teaching reform.
